I think one of the industry trends is really going to change the next kind of two or three years, just the simplification of payments. The US payment system is so antiquated because there's actually quite low levels of fraud in the United States. So you've been able to sustain itself on this antiquated rails. But that's going to change and it's going to really move the needle in terms of how you collect rent, the way you pay people. It's going to be a much, much better system.
