Getting Energy Out of Speakers During Presentations
I think the thrill of being on stage and connecting with people one to one is a powerful, powerful way to communicate and connect. I actually have to be very careful about energy during speaking where I will go back to my room and collapse after a session because 500, 600 people are there. But you know what is also interesting, what's helped with that, is I try to look at as many people in the audience individually before going up there and saying like, yeah, this is you and me. That's awesome. Very cool"
