Is Speed Reading a Thing?

Some children and there are some adolts that don't read fluently. So making i a goal is dangerous. Some people can read fast, but it's only ever approximature. What we can do is adjust the environment. We can adjust our teaching and learning environment so that even people who are impaired in these areas can make progressand become more strategic.
