It's time to lock in as many inflation proof assets as possible at a low rate, while low rates still exist. The fet has indicated that they're going to stop buying mortgage baks and other things that keep rates low. So very realistically, borrowing money will double or triple by the end of 20 22, beginning 20 23. But it hasn't gone there yet. It's still very cheap.
