How to Talk to Someone You Don't Know
If you know the person, if you don't know them and they're a guy, you can get away with it 99% of the time. I would say be careful doing this to women if you're a man. And not universally, but it can be a little aggressive if you just suddenly reach out to them. They might- Not that they would get the wrong idea, but it might just be like, whoa, I don't know you. Some people are highly uncomfortable with this. It typically happens in professional situations where you can't get away from them.
