How to Overcome Dyslexia and Make a Change

I think hearing from you about the success your daughters had is just super encouraging for parents whose kids are really struggling and thank you so much for sharing that. What would you say to someone who is a classroom teacher and they're starting to hear about the science of reading and they want to make some changes? Are there any specific resources you would recommend first of all and then what would be like a first step in making a change? Yes I was lucky my kids were older so I can sit and read a book at night. I don't have little ones anymore.
