How Do Developers Think?

I feel like, as someone who's not technical at all very much, i understand and i'm aware that a lot of people are much smarter than me in the space. So did that play a role in hesitancy to do anything, or do you have any desire to learn any technical skills in the future? I made sure that i was able to speak with technical people on a very literate level. That doesn't mean that i'm going to utilize that knowledge in a day to day but i think it was very helpful in proving competency. But i think it's definitly not a requirement to get started.
