Is the Pandemic Going to Be Affecting the Economy?
Inflation could get up to five % m in the first half of next year. The combination of that inflation and the really very, very big tax rises mean that living standards are just not going to go up before we get into that poll. So it looks like, from an economic point of view, we've got away with this pandemic to a remarkable extent. Eis quite hard to imagine anything else.
