What's the Liquidity Picture Telling You?
The European central bank is slated to reduce the size of their balance sheet by about 15 to 20% this year. The People's Bank of China has just come off one of the most aggressive liquidity injections in their history. So a lot of these central banks started moving now towards the easing side. But I think the breakdown on the upside may be in six, nine months time.
