The bulk of the literature is going to be on young males and females. There's no evidence of anything to do with dehydration or thermoregulatory problems. In fact, a number of the studies reveal some physiological benefits to exercising in the heat when you're creatine loaded. It appears to be a very, very safe and well-studied supplement. We haven't even got into the potential cognitive benefits that may be up for grabs for different populations.
