The Future of Retirement Income Planning

How customizable is retirement? I think people, we wanted to fit us the way we are and yet we feel much more comfortable with something that sounds plug and play. We like to have specific plans for how we get where we want to go. Are most of the conversations you're having with your clients now very customized to who they are? And is that discomforting in a sense to people not to have a clear path ahead? Yeah. These are the kind of conversations that people should be having with a financial planner, but it's not happening.
