The CEO's job is to own the numbers and he's like, that guy's a frickin liar. So there is a tension or they say, look, he literally had our operations person falling out of a chair. But then this probably, there's some dog fights day to day. The fighting has to be to argue to better the business, right? Has to be arguing to live and aspire to the core values. And it needs to be done away from the kids.
