The First Thing Leaders Do in Good Comes First
Leaders need to understand the ity of the work relationships and how easy or difficult it is to get stuff done. We help leaders define desirable, respectful interactions in behaviora terms. As a young engineer in silican valley, i was that guy who created this concept of team work so we could all get our work done. Even back then, i was trying to build a sub culture where i, as a leader, could learn from the people i was supposed to be leading.
