How Big Is Your Team?

I work with on and off about two to three operators that I have worked with over the years, they started as VAs. My writing team spans anywhere from five to 10 and they're constantly given content. And then I have general VAs two or three of them that do formatting and editing. That's awesome and are you doing this full time? I am not. So I just find that interesting, you've still got a job that you're working at but somehow you're able to do all this on the side, right? Yeah, it's delegation, processes and management, right?"
