The entire rest of the Rambo series is just like that, it takes place inside Rambo's mind. I choose to believe that this is what Rambo saw in his. He was actually shot and killed in the standoff at the end of the first movie. And this is just his brain just dreaming up as he's dying. The same lieutenant tries to kill him and like Rambo standing right there. He misses every shot with an entire magazine on an AK. So yeah, we get a lot more explosions. You don't even kill one guy in the previous work. Yeah. That's really good.
