CHAPTER

Eating Christmas in the Kalahari

In the 1970s, Richard Lee spent time living with the Ikung. He bought a gigantic ox to present them so that everybody could have a sweet ass feast. The ox he picked weighed 1200 pounds which meant that it was enough meat for every man, woman, and child among the tribe he was with to get like four pounds of meat. So he's like, this is fucking awesome. Like I've made this is going to be a great gift. This is a great way to show my gratitude to them. They're going to love this shit.
