If they're not eating, you should drop that by maybe about 20%. So for example, a person injecting ten units of gorgin nightly would go down to eight units. Up conversely, if they're eating ok and the have an infection, they might need to go up by a 20 %. For the meal time, i would recommend continuing their usual meal time dose. Really heavy patients, very non sensitive to their insolent, may need more insolent for each part of that scale.
