Gaardi's Bribery of Las Vegas Public Officials

Ricardo Galardi testified that his bribery of Vegas public officials first started back in 1990 when he paid then a then councilman to solve a licensing issue around cheetahs. He claimed that many other city officials, including the mayor, various judges, cops, district attorneys, had also been bribed and or bribed,. Or given perks like free drinks, lap dances, sexual favors whenever they visited cheet tigers. But all the other officials he referred to were never charged.
