I thought the point that she brought up though, was that you lose focus on why you're doing anything. It's to be happy to be able spend as much time in your family as possible. And so this is a good practice to focus on that and focus on what's good. You know, your focusi on bad. But if you can improve your focus, you've a better chance of doing that. That's what i got from this. It's its meditation all over again. Nothing ground breaking. I'll go with you there. Of course, she'd not read ir a book. She's dead to joe.
