How Did You Choose to Start Linear B?
I had a pretty interesting career, i think, in the engineering space. I was not only a developer, but i became an engineering team leader and a manager of multiple teams. And when you have come to that rapid scale of adding more and more engineers, you start losing transparency of what is going on in my engineering organization. A lot of those pain points that i experienced drove me to start linear b.

A developer’s core deliverables are individual commits and the pull requests they aggregate into. While the number of lines of code written alone may not be very informative, in total, the code and metadata about the code found in tracking systems present a rich dataset with great promise for analysis and productivity optimization insights.
