Sus John and the English Football Association Suing Wimbledon

i made a video about wimbledon's astonishing, beautiful, fourth round fa cup victory over premier league westham united. The english football association claimed some of the content in that video and had it taken down off a view tube. I would insist that my video falls under the definition of fair use. Although i would like to point out for the record that the english football association has been screwing wimbleden for 20 years now. It's the english f a's fault that wimbledon had their league place stolen and sold to milton keans in the first place.
