Roddle Peller was a notorious hypnotist from the lounge act, hypnotist area. He and his brother got shipped off to an orphanage in Chicago when they were 11 years old. They started living on the streets and thus began their crime in ways that would make them look like gangsters. Roddle is also a ridiculous criminal. But he's only had adventures in his head - The ones in the mine.
