Thematic Party Days - Are They Increasingly Useful?

Is there anything we can know yet about are these effective? Are these increasing linkages between the centre the grass roots? Does studying speeches, slogans, campaigns, policies, plenum redoubts through thematic party days. Is this reinforcing and strengthening the centres control over or integration with grass roots? Or is it too early to tell, or is that not the right question to be asking? So honest answer, we don't know. An thise we would have to really look at this, and to do do proper field work.
