Dostoyevsky wrote in many ways in parallel to nita, and was a great influence on nita. Their lives parallel each other to a degree that's somewhat miraculous. Do tevsky was obviously a literary figure, whereas nitya was a philosopher,. But still a philosopher. And dostoevsky wrestled with exactly the same problems that that nitya wrestled with but he did it in a different way. He has this great book, the brothers kramazov. All of his great books circulate around those profound moral issues. So i learned his tremendous amount from reading him.
