We are installing KPI programs and performance metrics into what we own already, which is already thousands of units of multifamily. We also wanna hire a asset manager in North Carolina that can be regionally focused in the state. And as you said, making sure that the boats you already have are in a really, really good shape. So that's what we're doing while things are slow.
