Adaptation Signals That Make You Stronger
People who are very purpose driven and have a strong wy oftentimes tend to be very stress resilient. We want to be doing things that help us adapt, shorten tense. But then add into that things like massage and meditation and spot therapes - these would be things that just relax us across the board.
