With tiktok, they've done a really amazing job ofs collecting and using einf information about their users in an a very effective way. I don't know if any one does it better than tito ike. They find interesting adand then they show the cutest cats and thecutest dogs, whatever interest you have. And i think his rill is from a standpoint of trying to, lke crat, a loop where you quickly understand what you user likes and serve that to him.
