Emerson Aspen is betting that legacy industrial software players will have trouble transitioning over time. By being more nimble, they'll be able to leapfrok them with sort of SaaS-based MAS offering. For us, we think this Emerson Aspen model really balances, at least in the near to medium term, balances sort of risk reward.
