Creating Challenges for RPGs
In an rpg, you should as well su that your challenges hinge on character abilities and not just playrability. The players who spend points building a detective should have an easier time solving mysteries. But i think it's also important to focus on the elements that make your game unique. If your game is all about or whip and energy wip, create challenges that explore every possible use of that whip. I remember des x human revolution. I picked up this weird caser like ability, and my favorite thing to do to knock out people. And just very gently, it'll like, turn the water full of electricity. I watched him very gently buzz to death.
