A rover that would rove around collecting lunar samples for hundreds of kilometers, thousands of kilometers. Sample return from the south pole like basin has been a priority to understand its age. There are also recommendations in there about an orbitor mapping mission for ice and sub surface properties. These elements allow really human exploration to just tremendously enhance what we do as planetary scientists.
