Pheochromocytoma is extremely rare. It's often not diagnosed until really postpartum unfortunately if there are unfortunately is a maternal death. Hypothyroidism can actually put the fetus at risk for impaired neurologic development so those patients should be treated with thyroxane as soon as that becomes apparent. Preeclampsia and cardamopathy look like preexisting CNS hemorrhage epilepsy cocaine use sepsis thyroid storm MH.
