Alyssa Schaefer is the General Manager and Chief Experience Officer at Laurel Road, a digital banking platform, where Alyssa oversees all aspects of the business, including Marketing, Operations, Risk, and P&L Management. Before Laurel Road, Alyssa held several leadership positions in the financial services industry. She's also a mom of twin toddlers.
