How to Be a Successful Founder
The founder of Patagonia is basically the guy who trailblazer be beak or but to be honest genius it's absolutely genius. He intentionally put Patagonia through a lot of stress because he needs feels you need stress to grow. I think founders have to do this thing where they have to ask the dumb questions and tweet like four-year-olds. You can either be the person who's almost like the jet ski pulling your team into the wave and letting them go surfing or you can be the annoying person getting in the way of a wave.
