Buster: Why do we have come to a place where conflict avoidance is so common culturally? Buster: I think it's because we just have not treated it as a competency to practice and to get good at as a skill. He says when you think about it as a way to practice having conversations, then you can seek them out rather than avoid them. The facts and the evidence are often the least important thing in the conversation, he says.
