The Demand Has Never Been Better
I think what we saw last year versus where we're seeing this year is in markets where, in times where capital is cheap, your competition is able to offer extremely unsustainable pricing. So the demand has never been better. I think that's largely driven by consumer demand as well. They go to the merchants and the merchants come to us and ask for it. It will only get tougher because access to debt is going to be even more difficult. The tier three, tier two players who were, I guess, at the more early stage of their development and might not have the necessary runway, what happens to them? We don't know how they'll do.
