The Panama Papers and Bill and Dollar Whale

It's been almost a decade since the Panama papers were published. None of this stuff has changed. And, um, I mean, at the risk of sounding overly cynical, nothing is likely to change. The biggest irony was that,. the Panama papers, things like Bill and Dollar Whale, all of these things have actually acted as more than manuals for people who didn't know how to do it.
