Police report states that offenders fled the scene when they arrived. Victims were brought into the hospital by 2.46 AM but it was later revealed in an official police report that the police didn't actually get to the restaurant until 3.09am. People just felt like maybe the police don't show up to these fights because they know it's the gangs that are involved in the fights and they want to give them time to leave.
