As a leader, it's your job to connect with them on a one on one level. And then secondly, be able to do that on their behalf for the team. John gives us four very powerful questions at the end of this lesson. Do we want em to change? Or do we want to mould em? Do we want to shape them? When you bring people on to the team, john has done this for so long, and i'm beginning to see you do this. You don't necessarily want them to change. You want them to shift and to mould into shape. Talk a little bit about your expectations of leaders that are different than you or difficult.
