You want to be as prepared as possible for those things like tear the tie breaker. If you've got no will a blended family, or you've got simblings that don't get along, you're not going to chet those goals in a hurry. I had somebody tell me one time quite a while ago, that the person you choose is an executor should be ok a little bit dave being seen as a jerkits. Would you say, ha-that's fair?
