When I concentrate for long periods of time, I am physically tired when it's over. Your prefrontal cortex has to be activated to decrease the activation that's happening in those sub-portal, like animalistic areas. If you're somebody who is prone to your limbic system being louder and stronger than some other people, it's further for you to control it. So with therapy or practice, you can get to other higher or lower level within your genetic bounds. Chuck: "I'm a caveman. That's what I say"
