Is There a Process for Creating an Inventory?
It seems like there's a lot of places that I could actually do these inventories and find out that they're massively under-resourced in terms of understanding what they are sitting on top of. The process for creating an inventory seems very straightforward, fairly straightforward anyways, and not too expensive. A lot of this stuff, because of GIS and technology, these parcels, the portfolio is so big that people just don't know even where to start but it's all there. It's really exciting that you can actually pull together these resources and kind of learn what's on the ground.
