How Do You Know if Your YouTube Channel Is Working?
I hate the term success because it's, you know, so much ambiguity to it. But what do you look at when you want to see if your channel is working well? Do you look at subscribers orDo you look at views? Like,do you look at watch time? What are the most important metrics tosee if your work on YouTube is working? Yeah, I don't pay attention to subscriber count. I mean, that's just a vanity number, really. Most of the success on YouTube will come as a result of two things.
