The Role of Title VII in Discrimination

Gorsuch has been indicating that if you're a company that accepts federal funding, like you're Lockheed Martin, Northrop Gummend, then you might then be subject to this rule as well. I don't think it's the money connection? There's a, I'm not a Title VII expert, but the various private entities are covered by Title VII and have employment mandates. And so if you're one of those Title VII companies, then the Civil Rights Act would apply.
