Justin: How do you make sure that these kinds of things that you just said have to be done. Stay getting done over the long haul? Justin: There is a happy medium where I need to say if I expect X in numbers and production and in honey, then I need to take that down a notch for quality. If going back to your repair and refurbishing process, you know, you have somebody who may take time out of their day from their table to do this or that. Do you make that a lead tech responsibility where you know that's kind of baked into the cake? It could work provided that it fits into your staffing model.
