If you were only going to read one book about julia child, that is the one i would suggest you read. You get her voice in your head. She didn't actually do the writing. Her grand nephew wrote it with her, and he actually did the writing,. It actually was published after her death. But so just a little redemption for me in my m sour attitude earlier. I guessd when everybody ess she paid him back. Everyone just wants easy glop now. And julia, as a test, fed him in some potatoes one night, and he didn't notice anything. So that's so much for pul's discerning palace.
