How Do You Diversify Your Conference?
As a conference organizer, how do you diversify that? Assuming diversifying the speaker lineup is a goal for you. What are some things that have worked or haven't worked? How do you start solving that problem? Right. So I mean, I think that's the first thing. You have to set the intention that this is important to you. And we have made sure that our language in our CFP and on our website is very inclusive that way.
