Are You Ready for a Minority Partner?

The ideal is that there's no surprise at all. The way i've experienced them, they seemed like an owner to me. They seem like a partner. Is anybody surprised by this? There's a pretty good research out there that arranged marriages actually end up happier than the ones we do in the west.
