What's Up Dude?

Andy is doing very well on day three of seventy five hard. The more you do that program the more it you automatically flip into that zone. It took me like twenty something days to really flip into that like bulletproof mindset zone. And I'm not saying I'm there it's day three but I can feel myself going there. In like it feels fucking good.
