How to Manage Scars in the Cloud

Atlassian has had to deal with a number of high-profile failures in the cloud. One example was when one engineer ran a script that deleted some old records and it took us a long time to recover from this. The company wrote out an external blog for this and lots of scars for us who are internal inside like 24 by 7 but we also rallied rest of the organization, said these things happen let's go fix this.
