Competency-Based Training - A Great Opportunity to Contribute to Surgical Education
A team at the Brook Army Medical Center is working to better define proficiency-based metrics for competency in commonly performed general surgery procedures. If you are a PGY-4 or 5 general surgery resident or practicing surgeon who performs robotic colosus tectomines or inguinal hernia repairs, take a minute to reach out to the study team for more information. You can be compensated up to $400 first recording and submitting videos of your performing surgery.
